Racism, hip hop and Christian culture
Here’s a FANTASTIC and extremely informative talk by Jeff Johnson that I came across which was given a few years back that challenges Christians to think deeper about issues of racism and culture using the history of hip hop as an illustration. Fascinating, even (or especially!) for non-hip hop fans.
It may be uncomfortable at times, but I believe Christians–PARTICULARLY us white evangelicals–need to hear.
