Come do a 3-week study with me in Charlotte!
Hey everyone,
I wanted to let you know about an upcoming 3-week version of “Bible for the Rest of Us” that I’ll be doing right here in Charlotte in February.
On Sunday evenings from 5:30-7:30pm on Feb. 13th, 20th and 27th I’ll be teaching a version of the course at St. Andrews United Methodist Church. The study will be held in Commons Room #1 and will only be $20 per person.
I would LOVE for all the Dojo readers in the Charlotte area to come join us for this study!
The more people who sign up for this study, the more successful it will be, so please tell your friends in the Charlotte area, post on your Facebook or Twitter feeds and sign up for the course today! You don’t have to be a member or attender of St. Andrews, and if cost is an issue, you can contact Sandy Devoid, Director of Christian Education, at sdevoid@standrewsumc.com for help, as well as to register for the course. (In other words, don’t let money be the reason you don’t come!)
Even if you’ve taken Bible for the Rest of Us at Good Shepherd or have done the DVD version, this would be a great way to reinforce what you’ve learned, meet new friends within the larger Body of Christ and spend 3 Sunday evenings having fun with me and finding out things about the Bible that you never knew!
